Q. what is the expected shipping time?
A. During the pandemic it is expected to affect the delivery times greatly. Processing times vary. check the individual listing. Ready to Ship (RTS) items leave the studio in tow (2) business days, excluding holidays. Custom orders processing time is listed in the listing details.

A. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of date of receipt of items that are not custom nor personalized and are returns in the same condition they were received. there are no returns on items that are custom and/or personalized as noted in the listing details.
